Bella Bablumian is the founder of the Imbody Wellness Institute and creator of the Sensefulness Method—a multidisciplinary approach that blends lifestyle medicine, behavioral change, somatic awareness, and energy healing to support long-term health and integrative well-being.

A Gates Fellow and recipient of the Who’s Who Award for her achievements, Bella holds a BA in Behavioral Psychology from UCLA and a Masters in International Health Policy & Economics from Johns Hopkins University. Her interdisciplinary approach integrates decades of experience across public health, behavioral change, fitness, nutrition, and personal transformation, including work as an international health policy advisor, certified holistic wellness coach, personal trainer (AFPA, NCCPT, Apex-Fitness), and consultant focused on disease prevention, populational behavioral change and social impact.

Bella’s method fuses cutting-edge research in holistic wellness, lifestyle medicine, longevity, and behavioral psychology with practices drawn from NLP, Afro-Brazilian healing arts, and Chinese Medicine—alongside the wisdom of her own healing journey. As a singer and dancer, she brings the power of movement, breath, sound, and creative expression into her work, guiding individuals to awaken their body intelligence, reignite vitality, and live with passion and purpose.
