Why work with Bella

My passion lies in helping people rediscover their vitality, reclaim their health, and awaken a deep sense reference for embodied living. I support others in cultivating a lifestyle rooted in preventive health and embodied wellness through the Sensefulness Method—a unique, interdisciplinary approach that pursues living in alignment with our body’s natural design, healthy habits and sensorial activation.

Sensefulness is inspired by the Brazilian way of living in the present moment and grounded in lifestyle medicine, behavioral psychology, somatic healing, and healing arts from around the world.

Born in post-Soviet Armenia, I left my war-torn homeland at a young age in search of a better life. After falling seriously ill in my early twenties with a chronic condition that traditional medicine couldn’t resolve, I embarked on a profound healing journey. Through bodywork, inner transformation, and energy healing, I not only recovered—but came alive. That experience became my calling: to empower people to fully embody a new way of living—one rooted in vitality, pleasure and deep self-awareness.

Pursuing my purpose, I moved to Rio de Janeiro and founded the Imbody Wellness Institute (@imbodywellness)—a space devoted to embodied transformation and leaders of the Pleasurable Wellness Movement that I’ve now brought to the US.

I hold a BA in Behavioral Psychology from UCLA and a Master's in International Health Policy & Economics from Johns Hopkins University. I’m a certified in Holistic Wellness & Nutrition, a Fitness Pro (AFPA, NCCPT, Apex-Fitness), and serve as an advisor to multilateral institutions on disease prevention, behavioral change, and health policy.

As a singer and dancer, I also weave movement, voice activation, and sound healing into my work—blending self-expression with energy healing modalities I’ve studied (Jikiden Reiki, NLP, Access Consciousness, and Pranic Healing).
